This policy explains how Vuddagiri Krishna Chaitanya ("StoreKaar", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through this website (https://storekaar.com) and when you contact us about our online store services. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Information you send us: your name, phone number, email, business name, and any product photos or details you share on WhatsApp, email or a call.
• Usage data: pages visited, buttons clicked, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through analytics tools if enabled (see "Cookies and analytics").

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare a demo store, and send quotes.
• To set up and support your store if you become a client.
• To understand which pages and ads bring visitors, so we can improve them.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't use it for anything unrelated to these purposes.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure visits and ad performance. These tools set cookies and send usage data to Google and Meta under their own privacy policies. You can block them with your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker; the site still works.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the business, such as WhatsApp/Meta, email providers, hosting and analytics, and only as needed for the purposes above. We may disclose information if required by law.

Client stores

If you become a client, your store's customer and order data belongs to you. We process it on your behalf only to run your store (hosting, order emails, WhatsApp alerts) and will export or delete it on request when you leave.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for up to 12 months after our last conversation unless you become a client. Client data is kept while the service is active and deleted within 90 days of cancellation, unless the law requires longer (for example, invoices for tax purposes).

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent, by contacting us below. We will respond within 30 days.
