Terms of Service

These terms apply to online store services provided by Vuddagiri Krishna Chaitanya ("StoreKaar", "we", "us") to you ("the client"). Your quote or order confirmation lists your plan, price and any add-ons, and forms part of these terms.

1. The service

We set up and host a branded online store for your business, including the storefront, admin panel, payment gateway connection and the features listed for your plan. We provide hosting, security updates and support at the level of your plan.

2. Fees and payment

• Setup fee: 50% before work starts and 50% at go-live, unless your quote says otherwise.
• Subscription: billed monthly or yearly in advance.
• Prices exclude GST, which is added where applicable.
• Payment gateway fees (e.g. Razorpay) are charged by the gateway and are separate from our fees. If your plan includes a per-order platform fee, it is deducted automatically from each online payment.

3. Late payment

If a subscription payment is 7 days late we will send a reminder. After 15 days the store may be suspended until payment is received. We reactivate it as soon as payment arrives.

4. Fair use

Product upload counts, WhatsApp message allowances and support response times are as listed for your plan. Extra usage is charged at our current add-on rates, and we'll tell you before charging anything.

5. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for your products, prices, descriptions, delivery, returns and customer service.
• You must hold any licences your products need (for example FSSAI for food) and comply with consumer protection and e-commerce laws.
• You must not use the store to sell illegal, counterfeit or prohibited items.
• You provide accurate business details for payment gateway and WhatsApp verification.

6. Ownership

You own your domain name, payment gateway account, product content, and customer and order data. We own the platform software; your plan gives you the right to use it while your subscription is active.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime; the service continues until the end of the paid period. The setup fee is non-refundable after go-live. On request we will export your product and order data and help transfer your domain.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep stores online and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, as we rely on third parties such as hosting, payment gateways and WhatsApp. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

9. Changes

We may update these terms or our prices with 30 days' notice. Changes don't apply to a period you have already paid for.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Hyderabad.
